Hilchos Tevilas Keilim – 16

  1. Regarding utensils produced in a factory — the opinion of most poskim(authorities) is that its status follows the owner of the factory; if the owner is a Jew (even if the workers are not Jewish), the utensils are exempt from immersion. But if the owner is not-Jewish, then the utensil do require immersion (see Darkei Teshuvah120:81). Some authorities, however, say that even if the owner is Jewish but his workers are not, then one is required to immerse whatever utensils are manufactured there [without reciting the blessing] (Kitzur Shulachan Aruch 37).

2.     Utensils stolen from a Jew by a gentile and were subsequently returned do not require immersion (Shulchan Aruch 120:11).

The wise man says: I shall learn two halachot today, and two tomorrow, until I learn the entire Torah entirely… (Vayikra Rabba)
