Laws of Blessings – 8

  1. A person traveling on the road is permitted to purposely begin eating with the intent of continuing to eat along the rest of his way, even if he will not be able to see the point where he began eating. He will then recite  the after-blessing at the location where he finishes eating. (Shulchan Aruch OC 178 with Mishnah Berura)

2.     A person who realized in the midst of his meal that he had not yet prayed [one of the daily prayers] and so rose to pray in his place — his prayer is not considered an interruption and he is allowed to continue his meal after he concludes his prayer. (ibid)

The wise man says: I shall learn two halachot today, and two tomorrow, until I learn the entire Torah entirely… (Vayikra Rabba)
