Psalm – 117
א הַלְלוּ אֶת יְיָ כָּל גּוֹיִם שַׁבְּחוּהוּ כָּל הָאֻמִּים. ב כִּי גָבַר עָלֵינוּ חַסְדּוֹ וֶאֱמֶת יְיָ לְעוֹלָם הַלְלוּ יָהּ.
"The Psalms of David ben Yishay, and the Psalms of the man who was raised from the people, after he has become king, and make pleasant with Psalms for Yisrael."( Shmuel 2,23,1)
