The Laws of Arising in the Morning (5)

1) One must be careful to put his clothes on the right way around, and should therefore not put them on inside-out in a way that the stitching of the garment can be seen and he will become a laughingstock in the eyes of the creations. (Shulchan Aruch and Mishne Berura 2)

2) One who by accident put his clothes on inside-out, if he is a learned man he must remove it and then put it back on the right way around. If he is not learned, he is not obligated to do this when performing his normal acts. However, when praying, he is obligated to wear his clothes in a fitting manner, for it is correct for a person to be particular about his clothes when praying. (ibid)

The wise man says: I shall learn two halachot today, and two tomorrow, until I learn the entire Torah entirely… (Vayikra Rabba)
