The Laws of Arising in the Morning (6)

1) When putting on one’s clothes one should give precedence to the right side over the left side. This is also true when putting one’s shoes on. When tying one’s shoes, however, one should give precedence to the left side, since we find that the Torah feels that the left side is more important when discussing tying, as we tie the Tefillin on the left hand. (Shulchan Aruch and Mishne Berura 2)

2) A left-handed person, who puts his Tefillin on his right hand, should also tie his right shoe before the left. (Mishne Berura  ibid)

The wise man says: I shall learn two halachot today, and two tomorrow, until I learn the entire Torah entirely… (Vayikra Rabba)
