The Laws of Prayer (92)

1)    When saying Kedushah it is good to keep one’s feet straight like when praying the Amidah. (Shulchan Aruch 125)

2)    One should lift one’s eyes up towards the heights (some say that this should be done with closed eyes and others contend that one is not obligated to close them), and raise his body from the ground when saying “Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh” and some contend that one should also do this when saying “Baruch” and “Yimloch”. (ibid)
