1) 1) Women are also obligated to make a blessing on the Torah, as they are also obligated to say the chapters relating to the offerings every day. Some add that they are obligated to learn the laws which appertain to them. (Shulchan Aruch and Mishne Berurah 47)
2) 2) One who rises early to learn before the beginning of the day, makes the blessing on the Torah, and does not need to make it again in the morning. (ibid)
