SEPARATION OF TERUMOTH, MA’ASROTH AND CHALLA ON SHABBATH AND YOM TOV

22. The stipulation to be recited before Shabbath or Yom Tov for the purpose of being able to remove terumoth and ma’asroth, as well as challa, on Shabbath or Yom Tov is in the form mentioned in paragraph 20 above, with the insertion, however, of the words, “That which I shall “.separate for challa shall be challa**

**a. The complete stipulation, in Hebrew, should be in the following form:

“הָעוֹדֵף עַל אֶחָד מִמֶּאָה מִכָּל מַה שֶׁאֲנִי עָתִיד לְהַפְרִישׁ מָחָר לְתַקֵן בּוֹ אֶת הַטֶבֶל, יְהֵא תְּרוּמָה גְדוֹלָה בְּצַד צָפוֹן, כָּל מִין עַל מִינוֹ, אוֹתוֹ אֶחָד מִמָּאָה הַנִּשְׁאָר וְעוֹד תִּשְׁעָה חֲלָקִים כָּמוֹהוּ בְּצַד צָפוֹנוֹ שֶׁל הַלֶּחֶם (אוֹ הָעוּגָה), כָּל מִין עַל מִינוֹ, יִהְיוּ מַעֲשֵׂר רִאשׁוֹן. אוֹתוֹ אֶחָד מִמֶּאָה שֶׁהִתְנֵיתִי שֶׁיְהֵא מַעֲשֵׂר רִאשׁוֹן, יְהֵא תְּרוּמַת מַעֲשֵׂר, כָּל מִין עַל מִינוֹ. וְעוֹד, מָה שֶׁאֲנִי עָתִיד לְהַפְרִישׁ לְשֵׁם חַלָּה, יְהֵא חַלָּה. וּמַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי יְהֵא בִּדְרוֹמוֹ, כָּל מִין עַל מִינוֹ, וִיהֵא מְחוּלָל, הוּא וְחָמְשׁוֹ, עַל פְּרוּטָה שֶׁבְּמַטְבֵּעַ שֶׁיִּחַדְתִּיהָ לְחִלּוּל מַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי.”

c. When separating terumoth and ma’asroth from products of the third or sixth year after the septennial Sabbatical year, one should substitute for the final part of the stipulation, beginning,

“. וּמַעֲשֵׂר עָנִי בְּצַד דְרוֹמוֹ, כָּל מִין עַל מִינוֹ “,the words ”, וּמַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי . . .
