1. It is forbidden to eat anything after eating the Afikomen, so that the flavor of the matzah will not canceled by the other food, since the Afikomenis a remembrance of the Pesach offering. After the fact, is one ate any food, he must eat another piece of shemurah matzah (matzah guarded for the mitzvah) for the sake of Afikomen. Likewise, it is forbidden to drink any beverage, other than water, after eating the Afikomen (Shulchan Aruch and Mishnah Berurah 478).
2. The matzah of the Afikomen is to be eaten in a single location. Even within the same room, one is not to move from one table to the next. The reason for this is that this matzah is a remembrance of the Pesach-offering which was forbidden to be eaten in two locations (ibid.).
