(ט)שביעי וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְיָ אֶל-מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר: וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְיָ אֶל-מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר: וּמַלֵיל יְיָ עִם מֹשֶׁה לְמֵימָר: (י)דַּבֵּר֙ אֶל-בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ אֲלֵהֶ֑ם כִּ֥י אַתֶּ֛ם עֹבְרִ֥ים אֶת-הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן אַ֥רְצָה
(א)וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְיָ אֶל-מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר: וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְיָ אֶל-מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר: וּמַלֵיל יְיָ עִם מֹשֶׁה לְמֵימָר: (ב)צַ֞ו אֶת-בְּנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵהֶ֔ם כִּֽי-אַתֶּ֥ם בָּאִ֖ים אֶל-הָאָ֣רֶץ כְּנָ֑עַן זֹ֣את הָאָ֗רֶץ
(א) אֵל נְקָמוֹת יְיָ אֵל נְקָמוֹת הוֹפִיעַ. (ב) הִנָּשֵׂא שֹׁפֵט הָאָרֶץ הָשֵׁב גְּמוּל עַל גֵּאִים. (ג) עַד מָתַי רְשָׁעִים יְיָ עַד מָתַי רְשָׁעִים יַעֲלֹזוּ. (ד)
13. One who sues his friend in a rabbinical court, and the judges themselves have ‘recognizable signs’ that prove this person’s guilt, they are permitted
(א) אֵ֜לֶּה מַסְעֵ֣י בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָצְא֛וּ מֵאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרַ֖יִם לְצִבְאֹתָ֑ם בְּיַד-מֹשֶׁ֖ה וְאַהֲרֹֽן: אֵ֜לֶּה מַסְעֵ֣י בְנֵֽי-יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָצְא֛וּ מֵאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרַ֖יִם לְצִבְאֹתָ֑ם בְּיַד-מֹשֶׁ֖ה וְאַהֲרֹֽן: אִלֵין מַטְלָנֵי בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל
J. If someone asks to borrow a certain sum from his friend and from the outset says that he will not be able to repay

11. Subject to careful observance of the conditions contained in paragraph 12 below, one may tear open seals of the following kinds: a. the paper
(א) יְיָ מָלָךְ גֵּאוּת לָבֵשׁ לָבֵשׁ יְיָ עֹז הִתְאַזָּר אַף תִּכּוֹן תֵּבֵל בַּל תִּמּוֹט. (ב) נָכוֹן כִּסְאֲךָ מֵאָז מֵעוֹלָם אָתָּה. (ג) נָשְׂאוּ נְהָרוֹת יְיָ נָשְׂאוּ
9. One who overhears a piece of information that is spoken as an innocent comment, it is forbidden to believe it, how much more so
E. The correct amount to lend to a poor person is whatever sum the poor person needs, if the lender can afford it, as is
(א) תְּפִלָּה לְמֹשֶׁה אִישׁ הָאֱלֹהִים אֲדֹנָי מָעוֹן אַתָּה הָיִיתָ לָּנוּ בְּדֹר וָדֹר. (ב) בְּטֶרֶם הָרִים יֻלָּדוּ וַתְּחוֹלֵל אֶרֶץ וְתֵבֵל וּמֵעוֹלָם עַד עוֹלָם אַתָּה אֵל. (ג)
(א) מִזְמוֹר שִׁיר לְיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת. (ב) טוֹב לְהֹדוֹת לַיְיָ וּלְזַמֵּר לְשִׁמְךָ עֶלְיוֹן. (ג) לְהַגִּיד בַּבֹּקֶר חַסְדֶּךָ וֶאֱמוּנָתְךָ בַּלֵּילוֹת. (ד) עֲלֵי עָשׂוֹר וַעֲלֵי נָבֶל עֲלֵי הִגָּיוֹן
