1. HOW TO WASH ONE’S HANDS: One takes the washing cup in one’s right hand, transfers it full of water to the left hand, and pours first over the right hand. Even a left-handed person should follow the above procedure. (Shulchan Aruch and Mishne Berura 4)

2. One should not allow someone else to wash one’s hands, unless the other person has already washed his own hands. If, however, the other person is only passing him the water to wash, then it is permitted even if the other person has not yet washed his own hands. (Mishne Berura ibid)
