106 – Bestowing Kindness / Part II, Chapter Sixteen (c)

Someone who has no money and therefore has none to lend out, should urge others to give loans. This way he, too, will be blessed from Hashem. And if someone does give of his own and in addition also leads others to give, then it is even more so that he will be blessed with great reward.

Even if there might be some individuals who will ridicule him as a result of his appeals, he should pay no heed to them whatsoever. Let him be assured that his reward will only be greater because of the suffering from that ridicule.
