One who remembers the wonders of Hashem will merit to be saved from evil. In the Midrash it says that Hashem only redeemed Klal Yisrael and performed miracles for them so that they would mention His wonders. King David said “If so, I will mention and You will save me”. How good and pleasant it is to read the book of Psalms, and try to understand and reflect on that which he is saying. How good it is at the right time to tell his wife and household members all about the wonders of Hashem on the festivals and special occasions. When he stands with a group of people who enjoy talking, instead of speaking about things which are a waste of time or even forbidden etc., he should start speaking about the wonders of Hashem which He has done with the individuals and the community as a whole, with himself and others, and other people will see him doing this and learn from his ways and tell the righteousness and wonders of Hashem, and this will sanctify the Name of Hashem. This in itself is a good deed for which one receives reward.
