General Principles Relating to Muktzeh on Shabbath and Yom Tov
A NOTE ON THINGS WHICH ARE MADE, OR CHANGE IN FORM ON SHABBATH OR YOM TOV
55.a. In certain circumstances, articles or substances which have been brought into existence or have changed in nature or form on Shabbath or Yom Tov may not be moved.
55.b. Sometimes it is forbidden to do an act on Shabbath or Yom Tov which creates something new or changes the nature or form of an article or substance.
55.c. The laws relating to these two prohibitions are too intricate for Inclusion here, and, whenever a situation which may give rise to them occurs, a competent halachic authority should be consulted.
