10. One who serves as a single witness in a against another fellow who has committed a misdeed, since as an only witness he is considered invalid, he has transgressed the prohibition, A single man shall not stand up against any man for any wrongdoing.

11. One who joins a group of gossipers, either in speech or just as a listener, has transgressed the prohibition, Do not associate with the majority in evil, this is a warning not to join others in sin.
