7. One who speaks lashon hara in a place of worship or Torah study, violates the commandment, and My holy place you shall fear, this is a commandment to fear God in the Holy Temple and includes places of worship and Torah study.

8. One who speaks lashon hara about the elderly, even if he is considered ignoramus, or if he speaks about a Torah Scholar, young or old, he has violated the commandment, and you shall respect your elders, this is a commandment to respect and honor our elders as well as Torah scholars. One who speaks about someone elderly who is also considered a Torah scholar, his violation of this sin is twofold.
