3. One who is considered average in his Torah observance, whereby he is generally careful not to commit any sins, if one sees him committing a sin intentionally, if possible to judge him in a favorable way, for instance, he didn’t know the severity of the sin or, he is obligated to do so. In addition, he is also not allowed to publicize his sin or hate him.
4. If it seems that he committed the act with the intent to sin, if he is careful with the rest of the commandments, it is forbidden to speak about his sin to others, however, he is obligated to privately rebuke him in a gentle manner. How much more so if the person is a Torah scholar, it is forbidden even to ponder his action, as he has definitely repented.
