1) At the end of the chapters of psalms contained in the verses of praise we repeat the verse “All of the soul will praise G-d, Haaleluy-h” because it is the end. (Shulchan Aruch and Mishne Berurah 51)
2) In the verse in the middle of the “Song of the sea” which says that the mighty ones sank like lead in the water, one must pause between the word “water” and the word “mighty”, so that it will not be translated that the water was mighty. (ibid)
