Laws specifically relating to muktzeh on Yom Tov are explained in Chapter 21.

MUKTZEH MEI CHAMATH CHESRON KIS

21.d. Food as such (see g below regarding ethrogim), even if it forms part of one’s stock-in-trade, is not muktzeh mei- chamath chesron kis, since one always has in mind the possibility of eating it should the occasion arise.

21.e. It follows from the above that

1) the owner of a hardware store may not use a dinner set that forms part of his stock for sale, but

2) if part of his business also consists of renting out cutlery and crockery, he (or anyone else) may use a set belonging to that part of his stock which is for hire.

21.f. Postage stamps, whether used or unused, which are intended for dealing are regarded as muktzeh mei chamath chesron kis.

21.g. Ethrogim which are intended to be sold for ritual use on Sukkoth are treated as muktzeh mei-chamath chesron kis and may not be moved.
