Halachos of Pesach Sheini – 18

1. A man who did not bring his Pesach offering in Nissan (the “first Pesach”), whether inadvertently or intentionally, must bring his offering on Pesach Sheini. But a woman who did not offer the Pesach offering on the first one is not obligated to bring it on the second one, but she may if she wants to do so.

2. If the majority of the People is contaminated with the impurity of the dead (tum’as meis) at the time of the first Pesach in Nissan, they are not postponed to Pesach Sheini but rather they all bring their offering in their state to tum’ah defilement (Rambam, Hilchos Korban Pesach).
