Halachos of Pesach Sheini – 17

1. If, for whatever reason, the majority of the Jewish People did not bring the first Pesach, then impure individuals do not offer Pesach Sheini at all.

2. But if the Holy Temple will be rebuilt in the interim between the first Pesach and the second one – even if no one offered the Pesach offering in Nissan – in this case there is a disagreement between the Tana’im whether Pesach Sheini will be brought by all of Israel (Yerushalmi; Minchas Chinuch 380).
