KELI SHE MELACHTO LE-ISSUR

11. A keli she-melachto le-issur which has been picked up in circumstances where this is permissible, as described in paragraphs 7 to 10 above, and which is still in one’s hand after one has finished using it or moving it out of the way, need not be thrown aside immediately, but may be put down wherever one wishes.
