1. One who occupied himself with Torah all through the night, and at daybreak does not find someone to say the berachah on the Torah for him, may continue learning until he finds someone to say the berachah for him.

2. If he does not find someone else to say the berachah for him, he should intend to use the berachah of “Ahavah rabbah” in the morning prayers as a substitute for the blessing on learning Torah. In this case, he should learn a little bit immediately after praying, so that the learning will be juxtaposed to the blessing.
